Additionally, her experience as a successful entrepreneur has allowed her to understand firsthand the importance of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. She established a successful online clothing brand, Alycia Mikay Fashion, as well as Alycia Mikay Productions in which she ran the day to day operations. She is passionate about utilizing her experience and expertise to drive innovation to this network TBH Network.

Alycia Parks, a WTA top professional tennis player  is known for her prowess on the tennis court, is making waves beyond the sports arena with her foray into the business world. Alongside her sister Mikayla Parks, she co-founded Alycia Mikay Fashion, a venture that has garnered attention for its innovative designs and commitment to quality.  By capitalizing on her visibility and network within the sports world, Alycia has adeptly crossed over into the business sector, bringing a fresh perspective and energy to her entrepreneurial pursuits. Michael Parks is driven by his passion and beliefs.  Being the co-founder of the TBH Network, he has helped build TBH from the ground up.  As an entrepreneur with over 30 years experience of establishing and running successful businesses, Michael  knows firsthand how important it is to have a strong work ethic and unique vision, and he instill those values in every member of our team. Additionally, his experience as a coach and business manager of WTA top 50 ranked player, Alycia Parks, taught him how to find opportunities, create winning strategies, and work towards achieving a common goal. 

Kevin Williams is a founding member and also serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations of Williams and Westering Entertainment. For the past 25 years, Kevin has worked as Deniece’s tour manager as well as one of the family’s business partners. He has also served as a writer, creator, and co-producer of several projects such as Out with a Bang (Dramedy,) Muscle Behind the Music (Drama Series/Movie,) Muscle Behind the Music (Reality Show) and he is currently one of the Executive Producers of Lizzy the Lake Monster (Children's Cartoon/Animation Series.)

Christian Marrero “Flako Pics” - A distinguished photographer and Videographer who has built his reputation on hard work and ambition. With a passion for capturing the exciting world of racing, he has seamlessly merged his talents to produce exceptional visual content. Christian’s portfolio boasts collaborations with numerous prominent brands in the racing industry, a testament to his exceptional skills and professionalism. His work stands out not only for its technical precision but also for his innate ability to convey the essence of speed and excitement. Christian’s keen eye for quality shines through in every frame, making a sought-after creative force in the dynamic world of motorsports.

Apart from motorsports, Christian is very passionate in taking small businesses and producing compelling, interactive, and captivating videos to help that business promote their services. Tina Marie is a seasoned SAG actor with a wealth of experience in improv, theater, and the Meisner technique. With a portfolio spanning over 100 commercials, she has also successfully ventured into voiceover work for children's books and various acting projects. As a staunch advocate for her family in the entertainment industry, Tina Marie has actively engaged in assistant directorial work and public relations over the years. Her contributions extend to assisting major productions, including Dick Clark Productions.

Mike Boone  (Chancellor of Soul)  is a music historian and storyteller from Harlem, New York, dedicated to the

historical preservation of R&B/Soul/ Pop's legendary music artists and their outstanding contributions in the

entertainment industry otherwise classified as unsung or unremembered.  Founder, creator. writer, producer and voiceover of YouTube.com music presentation of 'Soul Facts', a show highlighting the history and music of legendary artists and preserving their legacies.   Mr. Boone co-hosted Soul-Patrol Net's number 1 radio show "Talkin Soul w/Songs" and commissioned as a club reporter for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  He has also appeared in major film, "Malcolm X," and he was also featured in three documentaries, "Fat Boy: The Billy Stewart Story" (2021), Questlove's Oscar winning film "The Summer of Soul" (2022), and "The Carol Doda Story" (2023).

Deniece Williams is an iconic multi-Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter, and producer. Her impressive career spans over 50 years and she shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon. She is also one of the founders and CEO of her and her son’s family-owned company Williams and Westering Entertainment where their overall mission is to create extraordinary programming for television, film, theater, and music.  David M. Matthews, an Emmy award-winning composer/writer/director, has worked on such shows as The Young and the Restless, Dangerous Women, Mad About You, The Nanny, Cybill, Living Single, For Your Love, Half & Half, When Actors Need Money, and The Soul Man. He also did the rewrite on the screenplay for his feature film directorial debut, the indie thriller, N-Secure, and is the author of the relationship advice book, Every Man Sees You Naked: An Insiders Guide to How Men Think. Because of the popularity of his book, David has become a frequent contributor to online dating advice columns, leading to publication on Huff Post, YourTango, Fabulously40, and numerous other relationship websites.

A longtime resident of Los Angeles, David wrote and directed the uplifting comedy feature, Ernesto’s Manifesto, and is currently in development on several film and television projects as he finishes work on his first feature-length documentary. He also signed on as Executive Producer of the first-ever, live-action film of the celebrated comic book franchise, T.H.U.N.D.E.R. Agents.

Kenderick Williams is a founding member and Senior Vice President of Television and Film. He also serves as one of the producers of Lizzy the Lake Monster (the series.) Kenderick will also continue to perform ongoing roles in the series. Kenderick has worked with his mother Deniece and his brother Kevin on several original projects which include Lizzy the Lake Monster, Out with a Bang (Dramedy,) Muscle Behind The Music (Drama), Muscle Behind The Music (Reality Show) and Escorts (Drama).

Max Orland's professional repertoire extends to retail environments, including roles at Legends at Yankee Stadium, Nike, Under Armour, Vineyard Vines, and JCrew. With a career spanning over a decade in the sports industry, Max has also contributed to renowned teams such as the Red Sox, Phillies, and Mets.His focus has primarily revolved around enhancing fan services and spearheading community initiatives.

Addditionally, Max holds an Advanced Certificate in Sport Management from the University of Delaware. Dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities. Recognized in various retail roles and featured in local blogs and podcasts. Originally from Worcester, Massachusetts, now based in Easthampton, NY, with Westport as a constant anchor.

Mikayla Parks serves as the Director of Sports Production.  She is responsible for the coordination and execution of live sports broadcasts.  Mikayla was a former professional tennis player before deciding to follow passion of becoming a business owner.  Mikayla's entrepreneurial  spirit  lead her to establish and run a successful tennis academy, Prime One Tennis,  as well as run her own clothing line, Alycia Mikay.  In addition to her thriving business ventures, Mikayla also has a degree in business.

James Stephens III is an Actor, Comedian, Writer Producer. Host of Friday night Videos on NBC, Starred on the  Sketch Show “The Edge” alongside Jennifer Aniston and Wayne knight. Writer and producer of Santa Claus ain’t coming alongside Billy Dee Williams and Oscar Winning Actor Cuba Gooding. James brings 40 years of Standup Comedy writing experience to the network.
